Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Hall Coaching LLC, doing business as Process Life Academy (“Process Life Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of processlifeacademy.com, Process Life Academy memberships, courses, live coaching, digital materials, member portals, and related products and services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Process Life Academy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in Process Life Academy.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.

2. Process Life Academy Membership

Process Life Academy is a recurring membership that may include access to:

The Process Foundations Course
The Life Script
Live coaching
Additional courses, trainings, tools, or resources
Member-only materials or features we may make available

Specific content, benefits, instructors, schedules, and features may be updated, expanded, replaced, or discontinued over time.

Unless otherwise stated, membership access is personal to the purchasing member and may not be transferred or shared.

3. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal

Process Life Academy is offered as a recurring subscription.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Hall Coaching LLC and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring price and billing interval disclosed at checkout.

Your membership will automatically renew until canceled.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Your first payment is charged when you enroll
Subsequent payments are charged automatically each billing cycle
Your membership remains active while payments remain current
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method

We may retry failed or declined charges where permitted by applicable law and our payment processor.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership to prevent future renewal charges.

Cancellation stops future recurring billing but does not ordinarily result in a refund of amounts already paid.

Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access may then be removed when that billing period ends.

Cancellation requests should be completed before your next renewal date to avoid the next scheduled charge.

5. Refund Policy

All membership payments are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds for:

Partial billing periods
Failure to use the membership
Failure to attend live coaching
Change of mind
Failure to complete course materials
Failure to achieve a desired personal or professional result
Renewal charges when cancellation was not completed before the renewal date

Canceling your subscription prevents future billing; it does not reverse prior charges.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

Process Life Academy provides educational information, personal-development tools, coaching, and general guidance.

The program is not medical treatment, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Seantay Hall and Process Life Academy do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions through the program.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health condition, crisis, or symptoms requiring professional care, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Participation in Process Life Academy does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Personal development is individual, and results vary from person to person.

We do not promise or guarantee that participation in Process Life Academy will produce any specific personal, emotional, relationship, health, career, financial, or business result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, decisions, effort, participation, implementation, consistency, and factors outside our control.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or personal stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.

8. Live Coaching

Process Life Academy may include live coaching sessions in individual or group formats.

Participation in live coaching is voluntary.

If you participate in a group coaching environment, other participants may hear or see information you choose to share. You are responsible for exercising discretion regarding personal, financial, medical, relationship, business, or other sensitive information.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Live coaching schedules, instructors, formats, frequency, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All course videos, recordings, coaching materials, presentations, worksheets, frameworks, written content, graphics, downloads, branding, and other materials made available through Process Life Academy are owned by or licensed to Hall Coaching LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal educational use.

You may not, without written permission:

Copy or reproduce course materials
Record or redistribute live coaching sessions
Share your login credentials
Allow another person to use your membership
Republish or publicly post course materials
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute our content
Create competing products or training programs substantially based on our proprietary materials
Upload course materials to file-sharing or redistribution platforms
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials for commercial purposes without permission

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access without refund and may result in additional legal remedies.

10. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse staff or other participants
Disrupt live coaching sessions or member experiences
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Share another member’s confidential or personal information
Use Process Life Academy for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent your relationship with Process Life Academy
Infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of others
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

We may suspend or terminate access if conduct violates these Terms or materially interferes with the program or other members.

11. Affiliate Program

Process Life Academy may offer an affiliate program that allows approved participants to earn commissions for qualifying referrals.

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to separate eligibility requirements, commission terms, marketing standards, payment rules, and other policies contained in our Affiliate Agreement or Affiliate Terms.

Membership in Process Life Academy does not automatically guarantee approval or continued participation as an affiliate unless expressly stated.

Where applicable, the Affiliate Agreement is incorporated into these Terms with respect to affiliate activities.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, course delivery, payment processing, email, authentication, video hosting, analytics, affiliate tracking, payouts, and other operational functions.

These providers may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, PayPal, Google Workspace, and other technology providers.

We are not responsible for temporary outages, errors, policies, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

13. Availability and Program Changes

We may improve, revise, replace, add, or remove content, features, courses, resources, coaching schedules, instructors, software platforms, or delivery methods as Process Life Academy evolves.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall substance and value of the membership, but we do not guarantee that every individual feature, resource, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.

14. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and other login credentials secure.

You may not share your membership login with another person.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Process Life Academy if we reasonably believe you have:

Violated these Terms
Shared account access without authorization
Copied, distributed, or misused protected materials
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity
Failed to maintain required membership payments
Attempted to compromise the security or integrity of our systems

Where access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided except where required by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hall Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in Process Life Academy.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income, business opportunities, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to your membership or purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Hall Coaching LLC during the applicable period giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hall Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Process Life Academy will be handled in the appropriate courts located in the State of Utah.

19. Privacy Policy

Your use of Process Life Academy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any applicable Refund or Cancellation Policy, checkout terms, and any applicable Affiliate Agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of Process Life Academy.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Process Life Academy after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
